How to clean it 🧼

A clean shaver stays fresh and shaves better. It takes under a minute:

1. Switch it off and remove the shaving head.
2. Rinse the head under running water and brush away trapped hair with the cleaning brush.
3. Leave it open to air-dry before you put it back. This stops moisture and odour building up inside.

Tip: clean it after every shave. The heads are IPX6 water-resistant, made for rinsing under the tap, not for soaking.

The LED screen shows how many minutes of battery are left, so it never dies halfway through a shave. It also reminds you when it's time to charge or clean.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 2–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Can I use it on my beard as well as my head?

Yes. Use the 9-head shaver for a clean shave on your head and face, and the beard clipper with guide combs to keep a beard at your preferred length.

Can I shave wet or dry?

Both. You can shave dry, or with water or shaving gel. The heads are IPX6 water-resistant, so rinse them under running water, but don't soak the shaver.

My hair is quite long. Will it work?

For longer hair, trim it down first with the beard clipper, then finish with the 9-head shaver for the smoothest result.

How do I keep it from smelling?

Rinse the head after every shave, brush out the hair, and leave it open to air-dry. See "How to clean it" above.

What does the 3-month warranty cover?

If your Groomora stops working or has a manufacturing defect within 3 months of delivery, email trendorastorellc@gmail.com with your order number and a short photo or video of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. It doesn't cover damage from drops or misuse, or normal blade wear.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund. See our refund policy.
